    Vintage PRR Pennsylvania Rail Road Railroad Belt Buckle.  This is NOT the Davos Baldwin reproduction. This buckle has a shield on the back with the image of a train under steam.    See photo of back for more details.  Age unknown, maker unknown, material unknown, authenticity unknown.  Your guess is as good as ours.
