GlowShift?s 1994-1998 Dodge Ram 12 Valve Cummins Banjo Bolt Adapter replaces the stock banjo bolt and allows access to the injection pump for extremely accurate readings directly from the source. This 12 valve Cummins banjo bolt features a male M14 x 1.5 thread that installs into the P7100 injection pump, as well as a female 1/8-27 NPT thread for a snubber valve and/or fuel pressure sensor. Please note to torque this adapter to 18 foot-pounds. Each banjo bolt is manufactured from mild steel and coated with a tough, zinc plating that is built to last as long as your Cummins diesel engine. GlowShift?s Fuel Pressure Banjo Bolt Thread Adapter for the P7100 12v Cummins includes (2) crush washers that feature a 14mm diameter and are each placed over the banjo fitting for a secure installation. With a few simple steps Glowshift's 12v Cummins Fuel Pressure Banjo Bolt Thread Adapter can be installed along with your snubber valve and fuel pressure sending unit. Make sure to also remove the crush washers from both sides of the fuel line. Place the fuel line onto the Banjo Bolt Adapter, and then thread the adapter into the injection pump. Torque the banjo bolt to 18 foot-pounds. Install the fuel pressure sensor into the snubber valve, which in-turn is installed into the female end of the Banjo Bolt Adapter.
