Certificate<br>No. 28<br>was issued to<br>Edson Weeks (company treasurer)<br>for 10 shares of capital stock ($50 per share). Company capital was<br>$30,000<br>. Hand signed by company<br>president Newell Pettie<br>and<br>treasurer Edson Weeks<br>.
